Shirma Rouse - Chocolate Coated Dreams

Born on the island of Curacao and raised on the island of St.Eustatius, it is in the Netherlands where she would build her 10 year musical career. Performing, recording and touring with a wide range of artists from every genre. Tasha’s World, Intwine, Extince, Wouter Hamel, Candy Dulfer, Alain Clark, Anouk, Izaline Calister, Randal Corsen, Tribute 2 Bob Marley, she has shared her talent and love for music with them and more. Her debut album, “Chocolate Coated Dreams” contains 12 Hammond jazz/soul songs that will take you back to those sweet old school Motown days. The album was recorded and co-written with Salle de Jonge and Bas van der Wal. Recorded in Marmalade and Mokosound studios in the Netherlands and mastered by Sterling Sound studio in New York.
